So many players and coaches say that their team is a "family" that it almost becomes cliché... for Ball State Men's Volleyball, they really mean it.
Ball State Director of Strength and Conditioning, Jason Roberson, is one of the favorite people that most Ball State athletes have ever worked with and his success has been notable in his decade-plus long career in Muncie. This season is special for Roberson as his daughter, Jocelyn, gets to work along side her dad as a student manager for Ball State Men's Volleyball.
